COVID 19 Policy

At Royal Life Spa our top priority has always been to deliver an unparalleled experience of restoration and rejuvenation to our clients. We pride ourselves in creating a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

With the ever change rules around COVID 19 Make sure to wear a surgical mask during your appointment with our Royal Life Spa team. If any changes take place statewide and federal the information about our mask requirements and safety protocols will be place here on our website as they relate to the prevention of the spread of COVID-19.

We remain committed to creating a safe experience for you. As part of this commitment, Royal Life Spa and its team members will continue to:

-Ask the following health screening question when they arrive for your appointment

  • Have you experienced fever (100.4◦F), cough, shortness of breath, or other symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days*?
  • If the answer is YES to the above question, we will ask that you reschedule your appointment for at least 14 days later. A non-refundable fee (which is the full appointment fee will be charged)
  • Please do not book an appointment if you are not feeling well.
  • If you need to cancel before your appointment you will be offered a voucher credit that will need to use within 45 days or the voucher will expire. See Cancellation Policy in our Terms and Conditions.

 

-Thoroughly disinfect the space in which the team member will be servicing you within 2 hours of your appointment time.

-Clean and sanitize thoroughly before a Royal Life Spa Team Member Arrives.

-A curbside check-in will take place before entering your space to render the appointment.
