Terms and Condition

Restrictions apply for booking with Royal Life Spa which can include, but is not limited to, your location or capacity constraints and other closures (weather). We reserve the right to cancel and reschedule appointments on select holidays, for extreme weather-related reasons, and for health and safety concerns.

Royal Life Spa clients assume the inherent risks associated with the use of our in-home or on-location spa services and should read and must obey all safety policies, instructions, the Liability Policy, and Code of Conduct.

Royal Life Spa is not responsible for guests’ damaged, lost, or stolen property. Please make sure any valuables that you feel need to be stored, should be stored before the appointment.

Royal Life Spa adheres to the International Spa Associations Code of Conduct which explains your rights and responsibilities as a client and requires your mutual agreement to this code.

Royal Life Spa requires adherence to the Liability Policy.

CANCELLATIONS

• If you are unable to keep your appointment and need to cancel and/or reschedule, please call 954-225-1230, 6 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, and speak with an agent directly to submit your cancellation or reschedule request. Royal Life Spa does not offer refunds in the form of cash or credit/debit card refunds, however, we offer service vouchers/gift cards that can be used for future services within 45 days of cancelation. If you need to cancel before your appointment you will be offered a voucher credit that will need to use within 45 days or the voucher will expire.

Those canceling outside of the policy guidelines stated above or those who do not appear for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment price on the credit card on file. All appointments are prepaid so the fees paid will be used as your cancelation fee.

AGE LIMITATIONS

Royal Life Spa welcomes clients 18 years and older with a valid ID for all services. For Massage Services, 18 years and older with a valid ID. For Skincare Services, 18 years and older with a valid ID. For Barber Services, 18 years and older with a valid ID, if service is offered for a minor the purchaser must be present during the appointment and a waiver must be signed.

CODE OF CONDUCT

As a spa client, it is your responsibility to:

• Communicate your preferences, expectations, and concerns.
• Communicate complete and accurate health information and reasons for our visit.
• Treat Royal Life Spa Team Members with courtesy and respect.
• Use products, equipment, and therapies as directed.
• Engage in efforts to preserve the environment.
• Adhere to the spa’s published policies (on our website) and procedures.
• Offer a clean, safe and comfortable environment for our team members to render your service.

As a spa client, you have the right to:

• Stop a treatment at any time, for any reason.
• Be treated with consideration, dignity, and respect.
• Confidential treatment of your disclosed health information.
• Trained team members who respectfully conduct treatments according to treatment protocols and the spa’s policies and procedures.
• Ask questions about your spa experience.
• Information regarding team members’ training, licensing, and certification.

LIABILITY WAIVER POLICY

I hereby waive, release from liability, agree to indemnify and hold harmless, and covenant not to sue Royal Life Spa (RLS), its owner, officers, directors, team member (representatives), agents, representatives, management companies, franchisors, and/or licensors from any and all claims for bodily injuries or property damage of any kind and nature, however, caused including, but not limited to those caused or alleged to have been caused by RLS’s negligence, which may in any way arise out of, relate to, or be associated with any treatment at, or the use of the facilities of at RLS, except for claims arising out of the willful or intentional conduct of GIHS.
