Terms and Conditions
In-Home Massage Membership Program
By enrolling in the In-Home Massage Membership Program, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
Membership is available to clients 18 years of age or older. Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
2. Membership Benefits
Members receive massage services according to the selected plan (e.g., monthly 60- or 90-minute sessions). Additional benefits such as discounted rates, priority booking, or special offers may apply depending on the membership tier.
3. Payment & Billing
• Membership fees are billed monthly on a recurring automatic basis to the card on file.
• Payments are non-refundable once processed.
• Clients are responsible for keeping their payment information current.
• Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of membership benefits.
4. Use of Sessions
• Sessions must be used within the billing month.
• Unused sessions do not roll over to the following month unless stated otherwise in writing.
• Sessions have no cash value and may not be exchanged.
5. Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows
• Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the scheduled session.
• Arrival delays caused by the client may shorten the session time without a price adjustment.
6. In-Home Service Requirements
• The client must provide a safe, clean, and suitable space for the massage.
• Any pets must be secured in another area during the session.
• The therapist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the environment is unsafe or inappropriate, without refund.
7. Membership Pauses (Freezes)
• Memberships may be paused for special circumstances (e.g., medical reasons) with prior written notice and approval.
• Pauses are not retroactive.
8. Cancellation of Membership
• Membership cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice.
• No refunds will be issued for payments already processed.
• Membership benefits end at the conclusion of the final paid billing cycle.
9. Changes to the Program
The company reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, or terms with advance notice to the client.
10. Health Disclosure
Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or health concerns prior to the session. The company is not responsible for issues arising from undisclosed conditions.
11. Professional Conduct
Any inappropriate behavior, including sexual or abusive conduct, will result in immediate termination of the session and membership without refund.
12. Acceptance of Terms
Purchase or use of the membership constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
